Amber Lowe was recently hired as one of two new editorial assistants with the Journal of the American Academy of Religion. As an editorial assistant, Amber works on book reviews, works in direct communication with the book review editor, identifies potential book reviewers, and helps guide JAAR book reviews through production and into advance access and ultimately into print.
Lowe was also selected by the Forum for Theological Exploration to participate in the Forum for Theological Educators this November in Denver, CO. FTE is an annual event that provides doctoral students opportunities for networking, professional development, vocational exploration and mentoring.
