
We are happy to announce that Alexus McLeod will be joining the IU Religious Studies faculty in Fall 2022. He is currently Professor of Philosophy and Asian/Asian-American Studies at the University of Connecticut. He works primarily in Global and Comparative Philosophy, particularly early Chinese (Han and Pre-Han) and Mesoamerican Philosophy. His most recent work focuses on the philosophical thought of the Western and Eastern Han periods in China (206 BCE-220 CE), particularly surrounding issues in the philosophy of language and metaphysics.
