The IU Religious Studies Department awarded 11 research fellowships to our graduate students: Shaheer Afaqi, Jason Browning, Joe Decker, Hannah Garvey, Steve Kaplin, Maidah Khalid, Gheorghe Pacurar, Sean Sidky, Maggie Slaughter, Emily Stratton and Josie Wenig. With travel still being limited, these students will be using their fellowship resources to fund projects that include online archival research, language study, bibliographic work, proposal writing, and research article development.
