Laura Carlson Hasler has been named one of the 2021 winners of the Manfred Lautenschlaeger Award for Theological Promise. The award, offered through the University of Heidelberg, is given annually to ten scholars on the basis of their doctoral dissertation or first book. Carlson Hasler is receiving the award for her 2020 book, Archival Historiography in Jewish Antiquity.
