In honor of Winnifred Sullivan’s retirement at the end of this academic year, the Graduate Religious Studies Association (GRSA) will be hosting a reading group during spring 2025 for all students who have participated in Sullivan’s infamous R-665 seminar. The kickoff of the series, held on Jan. 23, was initiated by Hannah Garvey (2024 Ph.D. and Postdoctoral Fellow) who explained “This is an opportunity for all of us to revisit and celebrate the texts and the community that helped each of us ground our journeys in IU’s RS Department and the role that Prof. Sullivan has played for all of us.”
