Hannah Garvey has accepted the post-doctoral fellowship position at IUB’s Center for Religion and the Human for academic years 2024-2026. In addition to continuing her own research, she will work alongside Constance Furey to further develop Teaching Religion in Public—a project fueled by teaching and studying religion in and as community collaboration. Garvey will defend her dissertation in June and begin this next phase of her academic career in August 2024.
