The third in a series of Religion & Literature workshops convened on campus April 13-15. Selected religious studies graduate students (Sweta Dutta, David Garner, Matt Graham, and Amber Lowe) hosted three invited scholars (Jennifer Geddes [UVa], Roger Sneed [Furman], and Sufia Uddin [Connecticut College]) for conversations around how religion and literature interact within their diverse research and teaching interests. The lively workshops were joined by other religious studies faculty and graduate students, and the guests participated in a teaching roundtable with graduate students. The workshop was funded by an IU Presidential Arts and Humanities Fellowship and the Center for Religion and the Human.
