
Alexus McLeod gave a number of recent presentations: on “Human Construction of the Cosmos in the Maya Popol Vuh and Ibn Arabi’s Fusus al-Hikam” at the London-based Comparative Metaphysics Working Group, on “The Huainanzi and Contemporary Global Philosophy” for the Knowledge and Action Lab based at East China Normal University in Shanghai, and on “Correlative Metaphysics in Maya Philosophy” at the Oxford Americanist Archaeology seminar. He was also a commentator on the Iris Book Award panel for Mary-Jane Rubinstein’s “Worlds Without End” at the International Society for the Study of Religion, Nature, and Culture at Arizona State University.
